Paint: Color vs. Neutral?

THE most daring shade of pink!

So, which do you prefer? All neutral? A daring deep shade? A mix? You will notice even the most neutral photos above have at least a bright bunch of flowers, and the brightest/deepest shades of paint have lots of neutral to visually even it out. It's all a balancing act!
Paint can be tricky, I suggest choosing a few samples and painting them in different places around the room. View them at different times of day, and never paint them directly next to each other if you're trying out more than one. Don't forget the ceiling.....it doesn't have to be white!
